From a Slack thread to a multi-billion platform.
It started, as most things do, with frustration. In late 2018 our founders watched a friend wire $40,000 into a "guaranteed yield" platform that vanished overnight. The post-mortem was depressingly familiar: no segregated custody, no audited assets, a yield number that had no basis in any actual market.
PrimeEast was the answer. We took the institutional toolkit — segregated custody, audited counterparties, real-time reconciliation — and packaged it for an investor with $500, not $50 million. Five years later, 94,000 investors across 38 countries trust us with $2.4 billion.
We're profitable, we're not VC-funded, and we don't plan to IPO. Our incentive is simple: keep our investors' returns net of every fee higher than they would get anywhere else. When that stops being true, we have a problem worth solving.
